Biography
Ari has created her path with intention, curiosity, and growth in mind. A common denominator throughout every role has been a deep belief in human potential, the power and opportunity in change, and leveraging our creativity and whole intelligence for continuous growth. Ari is the Founder of Upward & Inward, LLC — Achieving Growth through Introspection and Aligned Action. As a Human Potential Coach, Ari partners with high-achievers and entrepreneurs to gain clarity around their aligned purpose and forward movement through action.
Additionally, Ari is on the leadership team at Sprint Accelerator, working directly with startup founders, community partners, and corporate innovators. Ari focuses on Leadership (DiSC Work of Leaders), Emotional Intelligence, Self-Awareness, and tools to manage Fear, Anxiety & Isolation.
Ari served as Senior Regional Manager with UP Global; advising and connecting startup ecosystem champions at the city-level across over 21 states. Ari has effectively led and communicated throughout change initiatives, specifically demonstrated over 6 years, while with United States Gypsum Corporation, both through talent management and organizational leadership. With passion and experience within systemic change and organizational behavior, Ari brings many of these concepts to life through the programs developed, while working with individuals and teams.
