Biography
Over the past 11+ years, I have partnered with 500+ professionals and students across higher education and leadership development environments to drive meaningful growth, operational improvement, and long-term success. My experience spans teaching, administration, accreditation support, management, supervision, process improvement, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in multiple roles within a land-grant, public research university..
I bring a calm, steady leadership style grounded in DISC-informed communication, trust-building, and structured problem-solving. I am known for driving execution, building strong, trust-based relationships, handling sensitive information with integrity, meeting project deadlines, and supporting teams through change with clear, empathetic leadership.
In addition to my professional work, I currently serve as a Club President and Area Director with Toastmasters International, where I lead volunteers, support club performance, and strengthen communication and leadership capacity across multiple teams.
I am also working toward my ICF 500-hour coaching credentials and completing my AI Learning Consultant Certification (2026), deepening my ability to integrate human-centered leadership with emerging learning technologies.
