Biography
Seth is the Director of Learning and Development at the Kansas Leadership Center. As an extension of those duties, he also serves on the KLC teaching and coaching team and is part of the mentor coaching team for KLC's Leadership Coach Intensive. Seth has earned the Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation and was the first person to complete the Kansas Leadership Center coach training.
From 2004 to 2025, Seth has worked with nonprofit boards, coalitions and government agencies all over the state and beyond as part of the Wichita State University Comunity Engagement Institute.
Seth has embraced the coaching profession after seeing how much progress committed coaching clients can make on their challenges. Seth’s approach is grounded in the belief that more is always possible, so he is particularly ready to coach people who are considering taking new risks and people who are trying to stay in touch with their creativity. He served two years on the executive committee of the International Coach Federation Heartland Chapter.
A lover of group singing, Seth often travels with an instrument and an iPad full of song lyrics. He lives in Winfield with his wife, Jenny, and their two children. Seth's book Winfield's Walnut Valley Festival was a 2023 Kansas Notable Book.
