Biography
With a strong foundation in supporting others through personal and professional transformation, I’m passionate about helping individuals unlock their potential and pursue meaningful goals. Grounded in both experience and continued education, I empower clients to face life’s challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and self-awareness. I’m committed to deepening my skills, expanding my practice, and making a lasting, positive impact. Walking alongside clients as they discover who they are—beyond what they do—has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.
I’ve called Overland Park home for over 20 years, though my roots stretch back to Missouri, where I grew up. I graduated from Baylor University with degrees in Business and spent several years in computer and software sales before shifting focus to raise a family. During those years, I stayed active through a variety of part-time roles and volunteer work, continuing to learn and lead in new ways.
Today, I share my home with a pair of furry companions—a cat and a dog. I channel my creative energy into fiber arts: spinning, weaving, and knitting keep my hands and heart engaged. When I’m not creating, you’ll likely find me outdoors or sharing a good meal with friends. I’m excited for whatever comes next—and ready to keep crafting a life I love.
