As Founder and CEO of Voyage Consulting Group, Kelly also advises executive teams on leadership, culture, and performance. She is an adjunct professor of leadership in the MBA, Doctorate, and Executive MBA programs at Rockhurst University, and she speaks and writes on leadership, organizational culture, and AI.
She is currently pursuing the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation.
