If building a thriving coaching business were simply about knowing the “right” strategies, many more coaches would already have thriving practices. This conversation creates space for coaches to honestly explore the tension between knowledge and action and examine the deeper challenges that may sit underneath business growth, including fear, vulnerability, consistency, identity, accountability, and support. Our hope is that coaches leave with greater clarity about what they need most, strategies they can use, and that the chapter gains insight into how to better serve and support our community. Join us in Kansas City for a new and engaging book exchange designed especially for coaches! Bring a coaching or professional development book you‘d like to share and be prepared to give a brief overview of why you chose it, how you‘ve used it in your coaching practice, and the impact it has had on you or your clients. Then, select a book contributed by another participant to add to your own library and discover fresh ideas and perspectives.
Enjoy an evening of meaningful conversation, connection, and fellowship with fellow coaches as you exchange resources and learn from one another. You‘re welcome to bring your favorite non-alcoholic beverage and a snack to share if you‘d like. The event will be hosted by Marilyn O‘Hearne and Lisa Nickel. Space is limited to 24 participants, so be sure to register early. Please note that no CCEU credit will be awarded for this event.
